Let's SHRM It (the "Service") is operated by Hassan Medan, a sole proprietor based in the United Arab Emirates ("we", "us", "our"). The Service is accessible at letsshrmit.com.

2. What we provide

We provide an online study and practice platform for the SHRM-CP and SHRM-SCP exams, including practice questions, mock exams, and analytics. We are an independent study tool and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). "SHRM," "SHRM-CP," and "SHRM-SCP" are trademarks of SHRM.

3. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Free trial includes 25 questions.

4. Payment

Payments are processed by Ziina (UAE) and shown in USD on your invoice. By purchasing you agree to the price displayed at checkout. Plans:

We offer a 7-day refund on the Mock Exam and Exam Pass if you have answered fewer than 25 paid-tier questions. Email kreem.hmedan1@gmail.com with your account email and we'll process the refund within 5 business days. Pro Monthly is cancellable at any time and stops billing the next cycle; the current cycle is non-refundable.

6. Pass Guarantee

Exam Pass buyers who fail the SHRM exam during their 90-day window can email us their score report and we will extend their access by another 90 days at no cost.

7. Acceptable use

Don't share your account, scrape the question bank, redistribute content, or attempt to reverse-engineer the Service. Question content is copyrighted to us.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee a passing score on any official exam. Outcomes depend on your effort and many factors beyond our control.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email or on this page. Continued use means acceptance.
